TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your Sign Celebration. By placing an order and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. PAYMENT & PRICING

Payment is due at the time of booking. A reservation is not considered confirmed until payment arrangements have been completed.

Our standard Sign Celebration is $125 and includes up to three standard signs from our available inventory, delivery, setup, rental, and pickup.

Additional signs may be added for $25 each, and personalized names may be added for $15 per name. Additional charges may apply for specialty pieces, custom requests, extended rentals, rush orders, or locations outside our standard delivery area. Any additional charges will be communicated before your booking is finalized.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

For cancellations made prior to the scheduled delivery date, Sign Celebrations MS, LLC may provide a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid or allow the customer to reschedule and apply the full amount paid toward a future available date.

Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date are nonrefundable.

Once an installation has been completed, all rental fees are nonrefundable.

3. RUSH & SAME-DAY ORDERS

We are happy to accommodate rush or same-day orders whenever possible.

Rush orders are subject to:

• Available inventory

• Installer availability

• Delivery location

• An additional rush fee, when applicable

Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested celebration date are not guaranteed.

4. INCLEMENT WEATHER

Safety comes first. Sign Celebrations MS, LLC may delay, modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel an installation due to lightning, thunderstorms, tornado warnings, high winds, flooding, saturated ground, or other weather or property conditions that make installation or removal unsafe.

When weather prevents us from safely completing an installation, we will work with the customer to reschedule the Celebration, provide a credit toward a future Celebration, or issue an appropriate refund when rescheduling is not possible.

Sign Celebrations MS, LLC is not responsible for weather conditions that occur after an installation has been completed.

5. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

Sign Celebrations are typically delivered and installed the evening before the event so your recipient can wake up to a BIG surprise!

Delivery and pickup times may vary based on our schedule, route, weather, and other circumstances. Unless other arrangements have been made, customers do not need to be present for installation or pickup.

Standard pricing includes delivery, setup, rental, and pickup within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply to locations outside that area.

6. PROPERTY ACCESS & YARD CONDITIONS

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the installation area.

Please notify us before installation of any underground sprinkler systems, invisible fences, shallow utility lines, drainage systems, or other underground items that could be affected by sign stakes.

Installation requires a suitable lawn area. Extremely hard, rocky, saturated, landscaped, or otherwise unsafe ground may prevent installation.

Please make sure lawn maintenance, landscaping, pest-control services, and similar work are not scheduled while the signs are installed. Pets should also be kept away from the display.

If the requested installation area cannot be safely accessed or used, Sign Celebrations MS, LLC may select another suitable location on the property or contact the customer for further instructions.

7. SURPRISE CELEBRATIONS

We LOVE surprises! If you are sending a Sign Celebration to someone else's home, however, you are responsible for making sure the homeowner or property owner has authorized the installation.

The homeowner should be made aware that Sign Celebrations representatives will be entering the property for installation and pickup. Please also make arrangements regarding gates, pets, sprinkler systems, lawn services, or anything else that could interfere with installation.

8. OWNERSHIP & CARE OF SIGNS

All signs, stakes, personalized pieces, and other display materials remain the sole property of Sign Celebrations MS, LLC.

Please do not move, remove, rearrange, alter, attach anything to, or reinstall any part of the display.

If a sign falls, shifts, or becomes damaged, please contact us as soon as possible rather than attempting to repair or reinstall it yourself.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for signs or equipment damaged due to intentional misuse, unauthorized moving or removal, pets, lawn equipment, vehicles, vandalism by members of the household or their guests, or other preventable circumstances while the display is installed at the property.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Sign Celebrations MS, LLC may photograph completed displays for use on our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.

We will not intentionally photograph or publish identifiable images of children or other individuals without permission.

If you prefer that your display not be photographed or shared, simply let us know.

10. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Sign Celebrations MS, LLC reserves the right to decline any order or requested message that we determine is political, controversial, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, lewd, disrespectful, or otherwise inconsistent with the celebratory nature of our business.

11. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The customer acknowledges that temporary yard signs and stakes will be installed on the property as part of the rental service.

To the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law, the customer agrees to release and hold harmless Sign Celebrations MS, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims for injury, loss, or property damage arising from the presence of the display, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived.

The customer is responsible for informing household members, guests, lawn-care providers, contractors, and others who may enter the property that the temporary display is present.

12. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking, including the event date, delivery address, recipient information, personalization details, and any special property or access instructions.

Sign Celebrations MS, LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
