HOW DOES A SIGN CELEBRATION WORK?
We make celebrating easy!
Our standard Sign Celebration is $125 and includes your choice of up to 3 standard signs from our available inventory, delivery, professional setup, a two-day rental, and pickup.
Want to add more signs? Additional signs are just $25 each.
Specialty pieces, custom requests, extended rentals, and locations outside our standard delivery area may include an additional charge.
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY SIGN CELEBRATION?
Absolutely! Make your celebration even more special by adding the birthday boy or girl’s name for $15 per name.
Our birthday cakes and cupcakes can be personalized, and many of our other signs can be personalized, too.
Want something besides “Happy Birthday”? Just ask! We love celebrating birthdays, new babies, graduations, accomplishments, anniversaries, welcome homes, and more.
Our Storks and Baby Carriages can also be personalized with your new baby’s name, monogram, and birthdate. Contact us for pricing on specialty personalization.
CAN I CHOOSE WHERE MY CELEBRATION IS SET UP?
Of course! If you have a particular location in mind, let us know when booking. Otherwise, we’ll choose the best spot for visibility and safe installation.
Please tell us in advance about sprinkler systems, invisible fences, underground lines, or anything else that could affect installation. Installation also requires a suitable lawn area where stakes can safely be placed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE INSTALLATION?
Please make sure we have safe and unobstructed access to the installation area.
We ask that lawn maintenance, landscaping, and similar services not be scheduled while your Sign Celebration is installed. Please also keep pets away from the display.
If we cannot safely access the requested area, we may choose another suitable location or contact you for instructions.
CAN I MOVE THE SIGNS?
Please don’t move, remove, rearrange, or reinstall the signs once we’ve set them up.
If something needs to be adjusted, just contact us and we’ll take care of it!
WHAT IF A SIGN IS DAMAGED?
All signs and display materials remain the property of Sign Celebrations.
If something falls, shifts, or is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damage caused by moving the signs, pets, lawn equipment, vehicles, or other preventable circumstances.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
We deliver throughout many areas of Madison, Hinds, and Rankin counties.
Outside our normal delivery area? Just ask! We can often accommodate additional locations for a small travel fee.
WHAT ABOUT BAD WEATHER?
Mississippi weather has a mind of its own!
For safety, we may need to delay, modify, shorten, or reschedule an installation due to severe weather, high winds, lightning, flooding, saturated ground, or other unsafe conditions.
We’ll always do our best to make sure your special occasion still gets celebrated!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Because your signs and installation date are reserved specifically for you, please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.
Once an installation has been completed, rental fees are nonrefundable. If we are unable to complete your installation due to circumstances on our end, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Your reservation is confirmed once your booking has been accepted and payment arrangements are complete.
Our standard Sign Celebration is $125, additional signs are $25 each, and a personalized name can be added for $15 per name. Any other applicable charges will always be communicated before your booking is finalized.
WILL YOU PHOTOGRAPH MY SIGN CELEBRATION?
We love showing off our celebrations!
We may photograph completed displays to share on our website and social media. We will not intentionally include children or other identifiable individuals without permission.

WHO OWNS SIGN CELEBRATIONS?
Hi! We’re Martha Grace and Matt Gray, and Sign Celebrations was created by busy parents for busy parents.
We started Sign Celebrations as a fun way to make our own children feel extra special, and over the years it has truly become a family business. Our children have grown up helping with painting signs, installations, social media, and all the little jobs that keep a small business going.
